First and foremost, thank you all for choosing us to run your projects, infrastructure, services, or anything else you are using our products for. We truly appreciate the business with all of you, and have been humbled by the steady growth in the last few months thanks to all of you.
As you know, we are striving to become better and better, for each and every one of you. It's what we set out to do, to offer a more personalized VPS offering for those that wanted it. We are ready to take the next step in this, but it's going to require some changes.
We have been making changes and upgrades to the network, part of which is obtaining new IPV4 space, alongside IPV6 space for an eventual rollout later this year. The new IPV4 space has been implemented, and each service has been updated with a second IP assigned to them in the new ranges. If you do not see the second IP, then you are already running the new range and no further action is necessary. Everyone not on the new ranges has to switch their system over to the new IPs in your service portal by 3/1/21, when the new IPs are going offline.
The new ranges are region accurate, and we have full control over them from top to bottom, allowing us to better roll out system upgrades and service offerings (such as DNS within your control panels, among other things). This change, while we understand that it may cause some short term headaches, is necessary for us to continue improving our services for each and every client.
