During a normal preventative maintenance service on a core UPS system
(uninterpreted power supply), our maintenance staff noticed that a
critical inverter had failed and needs to be replaced. In order for our
electricians to safely replace this piece of equipment we need to safely
power down and de-energize a section of our data center facility.
We have scheduled this maintenance for this Thursday, March 11th at 11PM
(23:00) eastern standard time (GMT -5). We anticipate the maintenance to
last 30 minutes but can take up to a few hours.
The Philadelphia Nodes are undergoing a reboot for a security update. You may see temporary outages as the nodes reboot, lasting no more than 10 minutes. Please contact us if you have any issues following this process.
We are performing system upgrades on the East US DC. Services on that node may experience a few minutes of outage as the updates roll across the nodes. If you have any issues please let us know.
We are noticing issues with connectivity in the East-US cluster intermittently. These started sometime in the last two hours. We are currently investigating the cause. In the meantime, you may notice a lack of connectivity with your services. We apologize for any inconvenience and will have all services live and issue free as soon as possible. Please bear with us and contact support if you have any questions regarding this.

We've isolated the cause of the issue and are implementing a fix right now. We should have this resolved shortly. All active services will be given 1 week of service time following any ongoing 60 day trial periods to make up for this issue.
